Cathy invited the Women Who Wine group to her home to try our hand at paint pouring. There were 8 women who were able to attend the painting party. Using an Acrylic Flow Painting Open Cup Pour & Drag method, we painted an 8 x 8 inch hexagon clay tile. We each got to choose a minimum of three colors and five or six, max. The tiles require a few days to dry, and then Cathy gave them three coats of polyurethane for protection.
Before the painting began, there was plenty of food to enjoy and wine, sweet wine, to get the creative juices flowing!
